Sasha Jayewardene, MDR, MLS

Sasha Jayewardene is best in class and is a natural selection for Conflict Management as it relates to Human Interaction with Technology, Trauma and Veteran Catastrophic Experience PTSD. She is a Marine War Veteran with proven leadership with attention to detail in facilitative conversations with individuals to large organizational groups. She moves with grace and agility, adapting to dynamic work environments seamlessly.

Ms. Jayewardene has extensive experience working with the juvenile and criminal courts, victim advocacy, and individuals with disabilities. She synthesizes her effective communication skills and adamant emotional intelligence in mediating and assisting parties in understanding the decision-making processes. She confidently conveys triggering topics in a tactful and diplomatic way that is highly informative and memorable for all.

A creative soul, Sasha loves painting and teaching art classes, paddle boarding, and traveling around the world. She’s a lifelong learner and enjoys trying everything from Jiu Jitsu, to cooking, reading books and volunteering.

Rebecca Peters-Marinella is a Registered Nurse with 31 years of experience dedicated to the competent and compassionate care of every patient and family member. Ms. Peters-Marinella advises and provides consultations on clinical analysis and evaluations and facilitates the development of solid treatment plans such as, but not limited to medication administration, diabetic management, triage, and outpatient procedures for organizations.

She has a proven track record in data management and extraction and is certified in HEDIS and QAQI. She will leverage her expertise for your team for effective collaboration on multidisciplinary medical teams and stellar patient and family relations.

Ms. Peters-Marinella is an excellent communicator with superior training and leadership abilities. She can mediate and lead small or large focus groups as she has the unique ability to analyze detailed information quickly and identify common denominators leading forward toward a resolution.

Janie Winning, CEO of Winning CM Strategies, has over 30 years of experience within the Department of Defense and Construction Industries. She provides executive advisement and project-neutral services in the construction industry. She is successful in facilitating a collaborative approach to scheduling, strategic planning, and claims avoidance on mega-construction programs.

Ms. Winning supports Programs and Project Teams as they integrate dispute resolution practices into construction workflows, processes, and contracting agreements. She is an expert at harnessing collective intelligence in collaborative settings and driving toward continuous improvement. Ms. Winning is a Mediator / Arbitrator Panelist for the AAA. 

On the weekends, Ms. Winning loves hiking in National and State Parks, cooking and making memories with family and friends.
