Janie Winning, CEO of Winning CM Strategies, has over 30 years of experience within the Department of Defense and Construction Industries. Ms. Winning supports Programs and Project Teams as they integrate dispute resolution practices into construction workflows, processes, and contracting agreements. She is an expert at harnessing collective intelligence in collaborative settings and driving toward continuous improvement. Ms. Winning is a Mediator / Arbitrator Panelist for the AAA. 

On the weekends, Ms. Winning loves hiking in National and State Parks, cooking and making memories with family and friends.
