Project Details: From a total of 100 organizations represented, was selected and recognized as one of the top two individual contributors to the program success. The work expanded previous experience in detailed WBS development, network development, critical path analysis, resource and budget management, performance measurement, and what-if-analysis.
This required keen written and oral communication, strong customer interface, analytical and problem-solving skills and mentorship of less experienced personnel. These leadership abilities have proven aggressiveness, results-oriented, proactive mindset.

Project Details: Senior Program Analyst and Lead Process Engineer for a $100M+ Public/Private Cooperative Program. Developed baseline cost and schedule for facilities, labor and material. Developed key business processes (cost/schedule management, resource management, risk management) for the functional and technical requirements of the program. This successful effort resulted in both increased new business and established, for the first time, realistic and predictable cost/schedule baseline.
